The theoretical framework work in this thesis consists of the theory of Michael E. Porter Creating shared value - how to reinvent capitalism and Wayne Visser's concept Transformative CSR.
The strategic recommendations in this thesis were elaborated in the defense of the Masters' Thesis and were based on the DCF model (Discounted Cash Flow), which is an income-based valuation model of Real Estate developed by Danish Property Federation. Several scenario calculations were carried out to illustrated how DGNB could potentially can affect PensionDanmark's Real Estate 's portfolio financial value in relation to cash flows.
